I love the idea that we are so connected to animals. Nurturing between species seems a natural thing to do.
I don’t know about between species, but I love images of animals nursing because it emphasizes our connection with them. Thanks for commenting.
I like this very much – the heavy shadowing behind the characters especially and the hint of gold and blue sneaking in at opposite corners – beautiful
